Your storefront, not a marketplace listing

Every restaurant gets a storefront at yourname.tablejoy.shop — or on your own domain, like order.yourrestaurant.com, with SSL arranged automatically. The AI onboarding scan picks up your colors, fonts and photos, so the site looks like you from day one. Guests browse your menu with photos, diet filters and allergen info, and out-of-stock items simply disappear.

Pickup and delivery, properly

Delivery works with real zones: a guest enters their postcode and house number and instantly sees whether you deliver there, what the delivery fee is, the minimum order, and from which amount delivery is free. Pickup and delivery get their own prep times, and guests order ASAP or pick a time slot — with a cap on orders per slot so the kitchen never drowns. Too busy anyway? Pause new orders with one tap.

Deals that sell more

Offers and bundles are built in: combo deals, second-item-half-price, time-boxed discounts. The cart even suggests upsells automatically — 'add a drink and make it a deal' — and the discount is calculated server-side, so the math is always right.

Payment and tracking included

Guests pay with iDEAL or card via Stripe, or cash on pickup if you allow it. Payouts go straight to your own Stripe account. After ordering, guests follow their order live — received, confirmed, preparing, ready, on the way — on a tracking page, and your kitchen sees every order on the Tablejoy kitchen display or ticket printer.

What it costs

Ordering is included in every Tablejoy plan — Starter and Pro alike. Online orders carry a platform fee of €0.35 per order (excl. VAT), settled automatically. Compare that with the 13–15% marketplaces charge: on a €40 order, that's the difference between €0.35 and €6.
