- Yes. You make an export in Zenchef and send it to us. We move your upcoming bookings and your guests into Tablejoy for you.
- I use Guestplan. How do I switch?
- You import Guestplan yourself in the portal, under Integrations. With your Guestplan API key you pull in your bookings, and with them your guest profiles. This import is still in beta.
- How long does switching take?
- Setup usually takes an afternoon. We plan moving your data together, so it fits your notice period and your busy days.
- What does switching cost?
- You start with 30 days free and there are no setup fees. After that you only pay for your plan.
