A register that talks to your floor — the Tablejoy POS, in early access

Courses, split bills, till sessions with Z-reports and clean revenue reporting — a full POS that shares its menu and guests with reservations and ordering. Now in early access.

Warmly lit restaurant dining room during service

Reservations tell you who's coming. Ordering tells you what's leaving the kitchen. The register is where it all becomes revenue — and in most restaurants it's a separate system that speaks neither language. So we built our own.

A full register, not a companion app

The Tablejoy POS runs on iPad or Android and handles the real work: open orders per table, products with modifiers and open prices, courses with a 'fire' button so the kitchen starts the main exactly when you want it, repeat rounds for the bar, and splitting or merging bills when table 12 turns out to be two birthdays.

Payments without drama

Cash with a denominations counter and automatic 5-cent rounding, external PIN terminals, gift cards, or a Stripe payment link the guest pays on their own phone. Tips are tracked separately from revenue, refunds are booked as credit receipts, and every receipt gets a gapless number — with a public receipt page and email receipts for guests who ask.

The till adds up

Open a till session with a float, count the drawer at close, and the Z-report shows expected versus counted, cash movements in between, and who was on shift. Staff sign in with a personal PIN — voids, discounts and till operations are manager-only — and PINs don't count as plan seats, so the whole crew can use the register.

Reports you'll actually read

Revenue by payment method, by VAT rate, by category, by product, by channel — keyed to when the bill was settled, so the numbers match your accountant's expectations.

Early access

The POS is in early access: it's in daily use, and we're onboarding restaurants one by one so every kitchen gets the attention it deserves. It's included in every plan — early access simply means we switch it on together with you. Curious? Book a demo or drop us a line at joy@tablejoy.app.
