By accessing or using Tablejoy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or use it to send spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

The Service, including the widget, admin, branding, and documentation, is owned by Tablejoy and protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a license to host and display it solely to operate the Service for you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tablejoy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tablejoy is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
